$3.50 sushi could be yours — all yours — at Yo! Sushi

As part of their new Blue Monday’s promotion, Yo! Sushi — the quirky conveyor belt Japanese concept that just opened in the Seaport — will offer 36 of their most popular selections at a whopping $3.50 a pop. The restaurant, which usually sells their roving small plates for $3-$7, allows guests to grab their grub as it trolleys past them. And if you’re an “eat with your eyes” type, this could get quite pricy.

Fret not. On the Blue Monday’s menu: Kaiso seaweed salad in miso dressing, sashimi, a variety of nigiri and a range of rolls — including crunchy standby Tempura Tuna and the blazing hot Dynamite Roll. Hot options like pan-fried gyoza, crispy chicken katsu and kimchi salmon buns with pickled onions make the cut, as well as meat-free plates, like Harusame Eggplant and veggie yakisoba.

To partake, visit Yo! Sushi (79 Seaport Blvd.) any time Monday and snag your selections from the conveyor belt — though hot items can be ordered a la cart from the waitstaff. Just be sure to check the full 36 item list before you get too grabby, as full-priced selections will also be rolling, and they warn in not-so-small-print: “Yo! Sushi Manager’s decision is final.”
