It might be the city’s most famous brunch party: The champagne celebration features DJs, dancing (sometimes on tables) and classic French fare like croque monsiuers and pain perdu (French toast) — Beaumarchais is one of the most famous streets in Paris, after all.

Open for just over a year, the Europe-meets-East-Coast spot has already become a major name in the rowdy brunch scene. French Mediterranean dishes and south of France cocktails are the focus, both enjoyed by locals and world travelers alike. And the party atmosphere is inspired by wild St. Tropez affairs: When the lights turn off, the sparklers turn on.

Keep an eye out for Leonardo DiCaprio and John Stamos at the the see-and-be-seen spot’s Sunday Champagne Brunch. Take a dancing break for PB&J pancakes (with Reese’s Pieces baked in) and truffled “back to school” grilled cheese, perfect for this time of year. At 4 p.m., the scene gets more clubby, and you’re encouraged to get up on the table.

If house beats aren’t your thing, hit Cascabel for rock n roll and two-for-one drinks. The Mexican restaurant serves hangover-be-damned dishes like chilaquiles, breakfast burritos and the Carnitas Benny — griddled corn bread with slow roasted Berkshire pork butt (yup) and poached eggs. We’ve heard you need to get there early!

The party don’t stop uptown: Hit Harlem’s Corner Social for plantain bread with strawberry butter, Cornflake-crusted French toast and jerk chicken. A DJ spins in the background. Word on the street is there’s a big party brunch this Saturday.
