Happy World Pasta Day! Celebrated every year on Oct. 25, the day is an excuse to eat a whole lot of carbs.
Although pasta’s origins date back at least more than 1,000 years, World Pasta Day is a recent creation. The first World Pasta Congress was held in Rome on Oct. 25, 1995, when World Pasta Day was established by 40 international pasta producers.
