One of the men who scared the living hell out of millions of Monday Night Football viewers during the Panthers – Colts game last night at Bank of America Stadium is no stranger to the phrase “go big or go home.” David Baghdadi, one of four people arrested in a stunt protesting a Maryland liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant financed by Bank of America, once strapped himself to a barrel of slurry outside of the West Virginiagovernor’s mansion. Here’s a great pic of the incident It took “12 firefighters, two trucks and a handful of other police” to free Baghdadi from the barrel in Charleston, West Virginia back in August of 2013, according to WSAZ. Baghdadi was a member of The Radical Action for Mountain People’s Survival Group (CATCHY!) during the West Virginia protest regarding dirty tap water.
Above are videos of Baghdadi in action at the Panthers game this week and in West Virginia two years ago.
