Anthony Scaramucci lost his wife and his job, so it doesn’t seem like a really great week for The Mooch.
“Anthony Scaramucci will be leaving his role as White House Communications Director,” a statement from the White House press secretary reads. “Mr. Scaramucci felt it was best to give Chief of Staff John Kelly a clean slate and the ability to build his own team. We wish him all the best.”
“We wish him the best” is really the “I pray for our child” of severance notes,” @WillMcAvoyACN tweeted.
Another Twitter user made a (humorous if you’re not The Mooch) observation: “Between being canned this week & his wife filing for divorce last week, #Scaramucci is one dead dog away from becoming a country music song.”
“Trump may think that the 4 pm (eastern) MLB trade deadline applies to him and the White House staff, as well,” @StuPolitics wrote.
Scaramucci, who unleashed a tirade at a New York Daily News reporter, boasted about reporting directly to the president, not the chief of staff, John F. Kelly. He’s also reportedly the reason why Sean Spicer gave Trump deuces and decided he was out. According to The New York Times, President Trump made the decision to remove “Scary-Moochie” at Kelly’s request.

So they hired the so called Mooch and Fired him faster than you can say, What Happened. #Scaramucci pic.twitter.com/EKMgRgS0wG— Medium Rare (@StickAForkInYou) July 31, 2017
While it is uncertain if Scaramucci will take on another role in the Trump administration, Twitter had fun with his 10-day tenure.
Many tweeters pulled no punches.
“To put Anthony Scaramucci’s tenure in context, Trump has sexually assaulted more women than Mooch served days in office,” @KaivanShroff tweeted in a sick burn to The Mooch and The Donald.
Others went a more “WWJD” way.
Let he who hasn’t started a new job, divorced, cussed out his coworkers on tv and gotten fired in 10 days throw the first stone. #Scaramucci

You gotta give it to The Mooch. When he said he was gonna fire everybody, he meant EVERYBODY.

Anthony Scaramucci did last longer as WH Communications Director than Scott Baio did as a sandwich artist at Subway.

News of Scaramucci’s removal came hours after Trump swore in a new chief of staff, retired General John Kelly. Politico reported the dismissal came at Kelly’s request, citing two unidentified White House officials.
But chaos in the White House? Nah.
Highest Stock Market EVER, best economic numbers in years, unemployment lowest in 17 years, wages raising, border secure, S.C.: No WH chaos!
