Local 138 From 4-9 p.m. seven days a week, test out all the $3 drafts, wine and well drinks at Local. If you want a relaxed, unpretentious bar, this is the place for you. The bartenders are extremely friendly and happy to pour you a deal, making it the kind of place to hang out all night.
