Engaged: Joe Manganiello pops the question to Sofia Vergara in Hawaii

Well, that was fast. “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara is apparently so enjoying her relationship with former “True Blood” star Joe Manganiello that the two are ready to fully commit to each other after six months of dating. Manganiello reportedly popped the question at sunset on Christmas Eve while they were vacationing in Hawaii, according to E! News. “I’ve never seen two people so truly in love,” a source says. “The way they talk to each other, touch each other. It’s incredible.”

The pair first started dating in July after Manganiello over-shared how much of a crush he had on Vergara with People magazine. Always a gentleman, he waited until her previous engagement to Nick Loeb was called off to make a move. From then on, they appeared to be inseparable, with Manganiello even having a positive influence on her partying and exercise habits. Whatever they’re doing, it seems to be working.
