The “Fetish” singer celebrated her first quarter of a century with a party that was so low-key and intimate that she just had to document it and share it on Instagram. Duh.
“Thank you for all of my bday love,” Gomez wrote in one post. “I couldn’t be more blessed.”
“A lot of you don’t realize how much you mean to me. I. Love. You. –think 25 is going to be epic. xo.”
She also used her Twitter to ask people to consider making a donation to the Alliance for Lupus Research as a lil’ birthday gift to her. “Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes,” she wrote. “Asked my family and friends to make a donation -if you want to join.”
Kind of hate what she’s doing with these dashes, but OK!
Anyway, happy belated birthday, Selena. Here’s hoping the next 25 years of your life will be way more chill and less full of PDA, for my sake.
