As you might have heard, Kate Middleton — well, make that Catherine Elizabeth Mountbatten-Windsor, Duchess of Cambridge — gave birth to her second child, a girl, on Saturday. That’s the first princess born into the royal family in 25 years, by the way. The royal couple has so far not announced what the newborn girl’s name is, which means we’re living in that glorious, heady and fleeting time when she could theoretically be called anything.
