The Brazilian model is almost synonymous with the behemoth lingerie brand at this point. She was the first model selected as an official PINK model for the brand’s younger line, and she’s been a hallmark of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show so long that it just wouldn’t seem right without her rocking multiple fantastic getups on the runway.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2017 is no exception. You can expect to see Alessandra Ambrosio, who’s no longer a PINK spokesmodel but one of the best known Victoria’s Secret Angels, stomping the runway at this year’s show in Shanghai. And though the details about each model and what they’re wearing aren’t released before the show, you can be sure it’ll be something great. We can only hope that they’ll give her at least two outfits.

Even though she’s one of the most well-known faces associated with the brand, this model wasn’t always an official Victoria’s Secret Angel. As mentioned, Alessandra Ambrosio was the first spokesmodel for the PINK line in 2006, though her first walk down the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway was a year earlier in 2005.
She’s even walked the runway pregnant and three months postpartum. Stomping the VS Fashion Show runway in 2011, she wore the heaviest Angel wings ever made while pregnant with her second child. They weighed a whopping 30 pounds. She’s been well-rewarded for the work, too. She’s landed multiple ad campaigns with different fashion brands and ranked sixth on Forbes’ list of the highest-paid models in 2012.
