Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have hit another big milestone in their tabloid-friendly romance: the unsubstantiated pregnancy rumor. And which publication is the generous provider of this big news? None other than Star magazine. The tabloid reports that Stefani and Shelton spent the Christmas holidays with a bit of extra cheer due to a bun supposedly in the No Doubt singer’s oven just a few months into their relationship.

But just because they could be ready to start a family, that doesn’t mean they’ll be tying the knot anytime soon — at least if Shelton has a say in it.”Gwen is hoping for a wedding, but Blake’s not ready,” a source warns. One milestone at a time, right?

Stefani, of course, already has three kids — with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale— and the magazine is a bit too quick to point out that she’s 46-years-old, which could be an issue for this supposedly legit pregnancy.“She’shealthy, and with proper care she could carry a baby term,” the source assures anyone who was worried.
