Tiger Woods is this generation’s great American sports hero, having been on top of the world for 15 years – before his empire was torn down in November of 2009. It took nearly 10 years, but Woods’ golf career has been resurrected as he won the Tour Championship this past weekend. He is set to take part in the Ryder Cup this coming weekend.
Woods was seen embracing his current girlfriend, Erica Herman, following the Tour Championship win. Prior to Herman, Woods had relatively long-term relationship with skier Lindsey Vonn.
Vonn, who is currently dating Nashville Predators defenseman PK Subban, has been very supportive of Woods despite their breakup.
“I support [Tiger]. We’re friends. We congratulate each other. It’s really nice to see him playing so well again,” Vonn told Extra in August. “I think it’s only a matter of time before he does actually win another tournament, after all his injuries and surgeries, that he has come back and fought his way back. He will be at the top again.”
As Woods has regained his status as one of the more popular athletes in the world, many on social media have been asking about Woods’ “number.” As in, “how many girls did Tiger Woods have sex with?”
Well, the guesstimate is around 250 is Tiger confessed to cheating on his former wife Elin Nordegren with around 120 women during their five-year marriage alone. Most of Woods’ cheating was of the one-night stand variety. In fact, a one-night stand with the 21-year-old daughter of a neighbor in Florida is said to have been the straw that broke the camels back for Nordegren.
According to the National Enquirer at the time, Woods knew the daughter of the neighbor since she was just 14-years-old.
Nordegren and Woods, who have two children together, are said to get along quite well these days.
“They’re friends now,” an insider recently told People Magazine. “Everything that happened in the past is the past. They both decided to be adults and to do what was best for the kids. So they get along really well.”
