Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez have birthdays within three days of each other. So, naturally, they’re celebrating together and making a very big deal out of it! Classic them.
Lopez turned 48 on Monday, and Rodriguez will be 42 come Thursday. And it’s incredibly special, OK!? “Their birthdays are both this week and they spent the weekend celebrating in Miami with friends and family,” a Lopez source tells PEOPLE. “They have almost been together for six months now, but Jen says it feels like longer. She is very happy — Alex takes great care of her. She loves dating him. Their families still get along. Things are easy and fun.”
Also their love is still one for the ages! “They are really into each other and A-Rod constantly tells her how amazing she looks and is. She is super happy being with him and the kids really love him,” adds a friend of J. Lo’s, “We’re all so pleased she’s with someone who finally has their own s— going on. So there’s no competition between them.” Neat-o!
