John Krasinski has spent a lot of time watching “The Devil Wears Prada” over the years, and it’s not just because he’s married to its star Emily Blunt.
“The Office” alum and his wife stopped by “The Graham Norton Show” over the weekend to chat about their hit horror flick “A Quiet Place,” but the conversation quickly turned to Krasinski’s obsession with the fashion film. The Boston-bred star admitted that he’s seen “The Devil Wears Prada” around 72 times and always stops to watch it when he’s channel surfing.
“Back in the day, us elderly people used to channel surf — no one does that anymore,” Krasinski joked. “It’s just one of those movies that whenever you’re going through the channels you just stop and you look.”
Blunt revealed to the talk show host that her husband even has a favorite outfit from the film’s montage sequence with Anne Hathaway, something she learned while catching Krasinski during an impromptu watch session on the couch.
“One day I came home and he was watching it,” Blunt told Norton. “He was watching the montage bit and he goes, ‘And [pause] that’s my favorite outfit.'”

All jokes aside, Krasinski couldn’t help but shower Blunt with praise for her work in “A Quiet Place.”
“It sounds really sappy, but it’s true. I think it’s the greatest collaboration I’ve ever had in my career,” Krasinski said. “I’ve never seen her work and when you’re actually in the room when she does what she does, honestly, it changes the air in the room. Everyone is just completely and totally stunned by what she does.”
The kind words earned a ton of applause from the crowd, but Blunt admitted that she gets uneasy hearing all those compliments thanks to her British roots.
“British people are notoriously terrible taking compliments,” Blunt joked.
