Kids these days: Madonna’s feud with son is over use of his cell phone

So you know aboutall this trouble Madonna is having with her teenage son, Rocco, and him wanting to go live with dad, Guy Ritchie, in London? Apparently, it all comes down to a fight mother and son had over how much he’s allowed to use his phone, according to the Daily Mirror.

The fight supposedly took place a month ago during her “Rebel Heart” tour, which the 15-year-old promptly stormed off of after their spat. “Madonna is quite firm with Rocco and she took his phone from him when it interfered with his studies,” a source says. “She is stricter than Guy, and Rocco doesn’t like it. When she took the phone away, it pushed him over the edge.” And over to London, apparently, where he sought refuge with Dad, sparking this whole impending custody battle. Fun times.

But maybe the phone dispute was just the last straw, and maybe this is all really about Rocco not wanting to spend his time touring the world with Mom. “When Rocco is in England he gets to live a low-key life,” a source tells the Sun. “He can go about his business and talk to girls without paparazzi stalking him.” I mean, there’s something to that, right?
