Halloween is normally the time of year where celebrities can let loose without so much scrutiny. And usually they don’t disappoint. But we must say, this year’s pick of celebrity Halloween costumes have been pretty blah, thus far. The usual spark of fun and creativity seemed missing this year. Many of Hollywood’s finest decided to go with clichéd versions of “sexy” this or threw a mask on to hit the town. But we want to give props where props are due and highlight some of our faves.
