The case of LeSean McCoy’s alleged rumble outside a Philadelphia nightclub moved forward on Tuesday.
Following an investigation, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday it had received the case from the Philly Police Department, according to ESPN. The Buffalo Bills running back has secured the services of high-profile defense attorney Jack McMahon, ESPN also reported.

Police have alleged that two off-duty officers were hospitalized following an assault outside the Recess nightclub in Old City involving several men early Sunday morning. The incident reportedly came after a disagreement about a bottle of champagne. Video of the scuffle posted on the website TMZ appears to show McCoy throwing punches.
