Ice cream bar maker Magnum is expanding from the freezer aisle into its first pop-up shop this summer with customizable creations.
On April 23, chocolate-coated ice cream bar maker Magnum will open its first U.S. store in SoHo at 134 Prince St. At the “dipping bar,” your choice of vanilla bean or chocolate bars will be hand-dipped in dark, milk or white Belgian chocolate, then topped with up to three of 20 ingredients — and this is where things get interesting. Among the more eclectic options are espresso sugar, goji berries and rose petals, alongside the usual chopped nuts and coconut flakes.
