Man jumps from apartment building near Times Square

A man died Saturday morning after jumping form the 33rd floor of an apartment building near Times Square.

A man died on Saturday morning after jumping from an apartment building near Times Square.

Shortly before 9 a.m. the 32-year-old man, whose name has not yet been released by police, jumped from the 33rd floor of the Ritz Plaza at 235 West 48th St.

He was found unresponsive on a rooftop landing on the fourth floor of the building. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
