Man stuck in door, emergency brake stuck causing huge Red Line delays

The Red Line experienced significant delays Wednesday morning after an emergency brake got stuck in position.

A man got his hand and his bag stuck in a door at Central Square and a good Samaritan pulled the emergency brake to help out at around 10 a.m.. Once they freed him from the grasp of the doors, havoc ensued.

That E-brake got stuck in the locked position and jammed up travel.
