Her upset of Holly Holm for the UFC women’s bantamweight title was deemed an instant classic in fighting circles and her popularity has sky-rocketed since. Tate’s story is a unique one as she was widely seen as a tomato can opponent for Holm after Holm upset Ronda Rousey late in 2015. Tate struggled greatly in her matches with Rousey.
