‘Big Ang’ Raiola, the larger-than-life star of ‘Mob Wives,’ died Thursday morning after a long cancer battle.
The 55-year-old Brooklyn-born TV star was surrounded by friends and family as she fought stage 4 brain and lung cancer, the New York Daily News reported. Her Twitter account confirmed that she died around 3 a.m. on Thursday.

Raiola appeared on ‘The Dr. Oz Show’ on Feb. 16, according toE! online, revealing that her doctors had given her a grim prognosis: a 30 percent chance of survival.
