New renderings for a residential building on the Upper East Side show the views from the massive tower.
520 Park Avenue, the luxury residential building created by Zeckendorf Development,will have balconies overlooking Central Park starting at the 40th floor and above.
“The balconies complement what are already the best floorplans in the market,”Arthur Zeckendorf, co-chairman of Zeckendorf Development, said, “allowing residents to be right on the doorstep of Central Park. The 54-story structure boasts that it will be “the tallest building on Manhattan’s historic Upper East Side,” with 33 exclusive residences, and an equally sky-high price tag to match.The average price is valued at $38 million. The towerwill be comprised of 23 full-floor apartments; four penthouses; five duplex penthouses and atriplex penthouse apartment that has 12,400 square feet of interior space and 1,700 square feet of exterior space. The duplex and triplex apartments will have uninterrupted views of Central Park, the Upper East Sideand Midtown. The full-floor residencesbegin at the 14th floor,higher than the standard height of an Upper East Side penthouse. Construction is expected to be finished by early 2018.
