AND

Orlando City SC lose or tie vs. Chicago Fire on Saturday

OR

New York City FC lose or tie vs. Toronto FC on Wednesday OR vs. San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday

AND

Philadelphia Union lose or tie vs. Houston Dynamo on Sunday
