Cops arrested an gunman in Queens Monday morning after the suspect opened fired on the streets of Ridgewood after a botched burglary.
Police would not if the unidentified shooter was aiming at the officers responding to a burglary at around 8:52 a.m., but said no shots were fired at the suspect.
The suspect fired one round before cops subdued him and placed him in custody, officials said. Investigators recovered one gun at the scene.
Fire officials told Metro one man was taken to Elmhurst Hospital with a serious but non-life threatening injury.
