“The victim, who is being treated at the same hospital, has a torn diaphragm and collapsed aorta,” the Boston Herald reported. “When police arrived at the scene of the accident just before 1 p.m. Tuesday, they found Mohan ‘unsteady on his feet and swaying. He was asked if he had consumed any alcohol that day, and he denied having consumed any alcohol.’”
