Pedro Jaime Martinez will enter Baseball’s Hall of Fame in 2015.
One of the greatest pitchers in Red Sox history, Martinez got “the call” on Tuesday and will join a class that features Randy Johnson, John Smoltz and Craig Biggio.
Martinez is a first ballot Hall of Famer, having won gone 219-100 in his career while amassing 3,154 strike outs. Martinez won three Cy Young Awards in his career (1997, 1999 and 2000).
