PHOTOS: Report reveals Russian president Vladimir Putin has Asperger’s syndrome

A study conducted by a Pentagon think tank, has concluded that Russian president Vladimir Putin has Asperger’s Syndrome. The study was taken in 2008 and the report was recently obtained by USA TODAY.

Brenda Conners, a contractor for the Office of Net Assessment stated that Putin’s “neurological development was significantly interrupted in infancy.”

The report obtained by USA TODAY goes on to explain reasons why Vladimir Putin could have Asperger’s.

It has not been confirmed that the Putin has Asperger’s, but if the Russian president does have Asperger’s he is not alone. There is a list of well-known public figures and celebrities who are suspected to have Asperger’s or Autism.
