This is something of a second generation Hollywood rite of passage: getting your first felony drug charge dismissed. And that’s exactly the milestone Indio Downey, 22-year-old son of “Avengers” star Robert Downey Jr., is celebrating this week. Related: Is it time for a transgender ‘Avengers’? Downey the Younger had his cocaine possession case — stemming from a 2014 arrest — dismissed after he submitted proof he’d completed a rehab program. “I am truly grateful for the experience I had over the last 20 months in recovery.” Indio told the judge, according to TMZ. “I’m so blessed to have my life back. I hope to be an inspiration to work with others in the future.”
