Royal decree: Selfies are bad

Prince Harry, the British royal family’s backup plan if something happens to Prince William, has some very strong opinions about the social media habits of today’s young people. While chatting with a teenager during an official visit to Australia, Harry cautioned the youth to knock it off with the selfies. “Seriously, you need to get out of it. I know you’re young, but selfies are bad,” the Prince offered.

He also spoke to another youngster — a fellow redhead — and expressed some unsurprising support for the ginger community. “He said that I was fabulous in making the sign and it’s awesome to be a redhead,” said 12-year-old Ethan Toscan, who carried a homemade “redheads rule!” poster and claims that Harry also said that being a redhead “has to be the No. 1 thing one person can ever be.” I guess we’ve been told.
