41-year-old funnyman Russell Brand can now add Dad to his official title. Russell coyly announced that he was expecting a child on Instagram in July when he posed with a copy of “The Expectant Dad’s Handbook.”
We hope he’s ready because during a stand-up set at Nottingham Playhouse in England on Sunday night, Russell announced to the audience that he had to bounce on time because his girlfriend just had a baby. The girlfriend in question is actually his fiancé, Laura Gallacher. A fan told The Mirror that he was conscious of the clock and made sure he was off the stage by 9 p.m. to make it to the hospital. Congrats to the couple. And good luck to Laura, who has two kids on her hands now…
