Ryan Gosling finally eats his cereal

Ryan Gosling isn’t necessarily a fan of the myriad Internet memes devoted to him, but the guy’s not made of stone, OK? When he got word that Ryan McHenry, the Vine user who popularized the bizarre “Ryan Gosling Won’t Eat his Cereal” videos, had passed away this week after a two-year battle with cancer, Gosling sprung into action, posting his own Vine featuring him finally — finally! — eating some cereal.

“My heart goes out to all of Ryan McHenry’s family and friends,” Goslingtweeted. “Feel very lucky to have been apart of his life in some small way.” Now if we could only get him to lighten up on the “Hey girl” stuff.
