New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker, a political face that has been gaining more and more attention recently, spoke at the SXSW festival on Friday.
“I tolerate a cold,” Booker said at one point. “I shouldn’t tolerate others. Tolerance builds fences. Love rips them down.”
Without mentioning politics during his speech, Booker spoke about the ‘conspiracy of love.”
“[Love]is the greatest force in our country right now,” he said, “and our only salvation—and that is to love one another.”
