Sign up for a 5K and get a craft beer festival, too

Craft beer and a 5K might go hand-in-hand for some, and for others, you may be wondering what took you so long to discover this miraculous pairing. The folks at Craft Brew Races are from the first camp. Their 5k road races are immediately followed with 3-hours of small shop boozing from more than 20 local breweries, food trucks and live music.

The first of the New England season kicks off in Worcester on the commons at Front and Commercial Streets on April 30 at noon and will features brews from the likes of the Berkshire Brewing Company, Twin Roads Brewing Company and Bad Martha. The events head to Stowe, VT on May 21, Portland, ME on June 25, Newport, RI on July 16 and finally East Falmouth on October 2.
