Carlos De La Cruz hit a tiebreaking two-run blast in the bottom of the eighth for the Phillies.
Harper hit a two-run blast to cap a three-run first inning and added a two-run shot in the fourth. J.T. Realmuto went 3-for-3 and led off the bottom of the first with a homer for Philadelphia.
Adam Frazier and Lolo Sanchez homered and Phillip Evans delivered a two-run double for Pittsburgh’s split squad.

Peter O’Brien hit two homers and Atlanta rallied from a five-run deficit to knock off a Pittsburgh split squad at Bradenton, Fla. Josh Bell homered for the Pirates, who allowed three runs in the top of the ninth.

Frank Schwindel homered twice and drove in four runs and C.J. Cron smacked a three-run shot as Detroit outlasted host Boston at Fort Myers, Fla. J.D. Martinez slugged a three-run homer for the Red Sox.

Right-hander Marcus Stroman tossed three shutout innings of one-hit ball and Eduardo Nunez had two RBIs as host New York defeated St. Louis at Port St. Lucie, Fla. Nolan Gorman homered in the eighth inning for the Cardinals.

Hunter Renfroe, Kevin Kiermaier and Randy Arozarena drove in two runs apiece to help Tampa Bay knock off visiting Toronto at Port Charlotte, Fla. Bo Bichette was 2-for-2 with a walk, a triple and three RBIs for the Blue Jays.

Christian Lopes hit a two-run homer in the eighth inning to lift host Miami past Houston at West Palm Beach, Fla. Michael Brantley had a run-scoring double for the Astros.

Pat Valaika clubbed a two-run homer to help Baltimore defeat Miami at Jupiter, Fla. Jonathan Villar hit a two-run shot for the Marlins.

Josh VanMeter and Derek Dietrich hit solo homers for Cincinnati, which played to a tie against Chicago in Goodyear, Ariz. The Cubs tied the game in the ninth inning on an error by Reds first baseman Matt Davidson.

Dylan Cease struck out five while throwing four innings of one-run ball to lead Chicago past Milwaukee in Phoenix. Brewers starter Brandon Woodruff allowed only an unearned run in his three-inning stint.

Rougned Odor hit a two-run homer as part of a six-run sixth inning, and Eli White added a solo homer in the eighth as Texas topped Colorado at Surprise, Ariz. The Rockies’ Raimel Tapia led off the game with a home run, and he finished 2-for-4 with two runs.
Indians 6, Diamondbacks 2
Francisco Lindor’s three-run homer powered Cleveland to a victory over Arizona at Scottsdale, Ariz. Diamondbacks starter Madison Bumgarner allowed five runs (four earned) on four hits and a walk in 2 2/3 innings.
Angels 2, Mariners 0
Dylan Bundy fanned four while pitching 3 1/3 innings of one-hit ball, and Jaime Barria fired four no-hit innings as Los Angeles blanked Seattle at Tempe, Ariz. The Angels’ Jason Castro hit an RBI double, and Justin Upton added an RBI single.

Hunter Dozier’s two-run homer sparked a six-run first inning that led Kansas City past San Diego in Peoria, Ariz. Taylor Trammell had two hits, two runs and three RBIs for the Padres.

J.A. Happ tossed four scoreless innings, striking out six, as New York defeated a Philadelphia split squad in Tampa, Fla. Jay Bruce hit a two-run homer for the Phillies.

Clayton Kershaw struck out four and walked none while throwing three shutout innings in Los Angeles’ win over San Francisco at Phoenix. The Dodgers’ Justin Turner hit a two-run homer off Johnny Cueto, who allowed four runs in 2 2/3 innings.
