A suspected pipe bomb exploded underneath a car Wednesday evening, NBC New York reported. The incident happened around 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Bronx on the 3000 block of Roberts Avenue in Pelham.

The bomb was made of two aerosol cans and a pipe. It went off just as the car pulled up to the intersection,” ABC New York explained.
