SXSW concert review: Elliphant

There is nothing quite like Elliphant, who has been dubbed Sweden’s most “unconventional pop star.” Though Nordic, the singer and rapper has a definite Jamaican feel to her songs, which sound like a mashup of M.I.A., Diplo and something else entirely. Somehow, the bizarre blend 100 percent works. Her single “One More” — currently looping on indie stations like SiriusXMU —- got everyone on their feet.
