Target customers were seeing red this week after the popular retailer started selling a holiday sweater that used the term “OCD.”
The sweater in question, which reads “OCD Obsessive Christmas Disorder,” has reportedly sparked outrage on social media, with users demanding the store stop selling the item.

Time magazine reported that “OCD” items have also been found at the restaurant chain Cracker Barrel. “We never want to disappoint our guests, and we apologize for any discomfort,” a Target spokesman said in a statement to AdWeek. “We currently do not have plans to remove this sweater.”
