Halloween is in a few days, and what better way to celebrate than with some spooky and smoky cocktails. This week, BOOze and brews are all about cocktails that will get you in the spirit of Halloween.
When I think about Halloween drinks, I think bright colors, and I think smoking items, like a potion class. So, I’ve rounded up a few cocktails that totally belong at a school for witches and wizards. Not only do these drinks taste good, but they are also social-media friendly.

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice at Ocean Prime
This spooky special is a partnership between BEETLEJUICE and Ocean Prime. The drink is only available during October and is inspired by its namesake. The drink features melon liqueur, rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and Orgeat Syrup. The cocktail is tropical and cream with a fun smoky effect.

Smoking Rye Old Fashioned at Fine & Rare
There’s nothing quite like an old fashioned. It’s a classic, and throwing smoke into the mix gives the classic a modern edge. With this old fashioned, you have some choices to make; you can choose Westland Single Malt or Knob Creek Rye. The drink will also include demerara, orange oil, and Angostura bitters. Last but certainly not least, you can actually choose your smoke, the options are Pecan, Applewood, Cherrywood, Hickory, Maple, and Bourbon oak. The possibilities are endless.
