Twitter reacts to Louis C.K.’s sexual harassment exposé

Louis C.K. Harassment

Word is out. On Thursday afternoon, The New York Times released an expose, with five women recalling their experiences being sexually harassed by the comedian. Beforehand, the New York City premiere of his upcoming film, “I Love You, Daddy,” was cancelled, in case the report was “damaging.” And that it was: Now, distributor The Orchard is reconsidering releasing the film — which apparently nods to sexual assault allegations against C.K. and for some reason, Woody Allen — writing in a statement that they are “giving careful consideration to the timing and release of the film.”

Stories of C.K.’s harassment had been humming about for years, with Gawker being one of the first news sites to investigate what some people are calling one of Hollywood’s worst kept secrets. Naturally, people took to Twitter in droves to express their distaste with the “Louie” star. See their reactions, here.
