Tyga sued again for not paying his car note… again

Tyga is in financial trouble yet again. Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend has been hit with a lawsuit over his 2016 Ferrari 488, which he has failed to make payments for. E! News has obtained documents that provelessor, Alex Benedict leased the foreign whip and in May made an agreement for Tyga to take over the payments. Benedict should have known better.

The Ferrari had to be repossessed in August after Tyga failed to pay. Tyga and Benedict reached another agreement that allowed the 27-year-old to use the car until October 9, but Tyga never returned the car. So it repossessed again earlier this month. Benedict is now suing for compensation, punitive damages, and attorney fees.

The one thing this legal drama cleared up is that apparently Kylie isn’t footing all of his bills like we feared.
