Police in Philadelphia arrested two people they say were involved in the Wawabrouhahaon July 29 in Tacony.
Barbara Bayona, 43, and Jonathan Rodriguez, 20, both from Ditman Street have been charged with riot, criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct for fighting, and four counts each for recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment, PhillyVoice reported. These crimes were allegedly committedduring the “Riot at Wawa,” as the NSFW videoof the incident is called.
Bayona and Rodriguez, both from Ditman Street, were allegedly brawling with a Wawa employee over cigars. They took off before police arrived.
After the initial melee that police confirmed took place at 10:15 p.m., police responded to a callabout vandals causing a disturbanceat the same Wawa at 11:39 p.m. The duo fled yet againbefore police arrived to the store littered with merchandise.
