If you’re someone who uses Instagram and has a good amount of followers, you understand how it feels to receive many likes and comments on your photos and videos whenever you post them. If you’ve enabled push notifications, you’ll see one pop up every few minutes whenever you post something to “The Gram.” Now imagine what those notifications look like if you have millions of followers.
Dutch soccer player Demy De Zeeuw runs a very popular soccer oriented Instagram account (@433) that has over 8 million followers. RELATED:And the Kardashian with the most 2015 Instagram likes is… On average, each of the photos and videos he posts receives thousands of comments and likes.
To illustrate what it looks like to have millions of followers like and comment on your content, he enabled the app’s push notifications on his iPhone and then posted a photo. He then recorded a video of notifications coming in. If Taylor Swift enabled her push notifications for her 62.5 million followers, imagine what her phone would look like.
