New York Giants star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. can seemingly do it all.
Whether it be outrunning defenders or making improbable one-handed grabs, Big Blue’s No. 13 has shot into the stratosphere of stardom in the NFL.
Well above the Earth’s stratosphere, the first solar eclipse visible in North America since 1979 took place and the Giants wide receiver wanted to make sure he saw it.
Even if he didn’t have the proper eye protection…or couldn’t see it:
The eclipse was about 70 percent visible in New York, which is maybe why Beckham had such a tough go at it. The peak time to view it was around 2:45 p.m. and Beckham posted his video right around that time.
Maybe he needed those special glasses that were being suggested by experts everywhere.
If he starts dropping passes come the start of the 2017 regular season, Giants fans now have a scapegoat to blame.
