Sunday night’s Emmy Awards showed several members of the audience wearing green ribbons.
Both Jeffrey Tambor and Jill Soloway were prominently shown wearing the ribbons while accepting their respective Emmys for Best Director of a comedy series and Best Actor in a Comedy Series.
But what did the green ribbons mean?
According to Nylon Magazine the ribbon is meant to bring awareness to climate change.
