What will the new name be for DraftKings – FanDuel? FanKings?

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick calls anything social media “MyFace.” Simple enough.

So what are we going to call the new fantasy sports empire that is the DraftKings – FanDuel merger?

DraftDuel? FanKings? Both actually aren’t horrible.

In the end, though, expect just one of the names to remain as the companies won’t want to lose the brand identity that they’ve already established.

DraftKings CEO Jason Robins and FanDuel CEO Nigel Eccles will have to brawl over what to name their new baby. The deal is more or less a 50/50 split.
