Spring hasn’t officially arrived until you’ve heard fake Chickadee noises over CBS’ airwaves.
The 2015 Masters golf tournament, the 79th edition of the event, will take place Thursday, April 9 through Sunday, April 12 at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.
A look at the TV schedule:
Thursday, April 9 – Round 1: 3 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on ESPN
Friday, April 10 – Round 2: 3 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on ESPN
Saturday, April 11 – Round 3: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. on CBS
Sunday, April 12 – Round 4: 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. on CBS
(The event live streams at Masters.com in Round 1 and Round 2 starting at 10:45 a.m. and in Round 3 and Round 4 starting at 11 a.m.)
The final round of the tournament will not fall on Easter Sunday (Easter is April 5) this year. The last time it fell on the Holiday was in 2012 – the 17th time that has been the case.
The Masters also often coincides around the same time as other major sporting events. The NCAA men’s basketball Final Four is the weekend prior to the Masters but the final day of the 2014-15 NHL regular season lands on Masters weekend.
