Turns out Page Six has the answer: his name is Hassan Jameel, and he’s a Saudi businessman with a rich family and a net worth of $1.5 billion. BILLION. Rihanna really is out here being a role model for us all, showing us how to live. Bless her.
As usual, a source came out of the woodwork to dish on how this relationship is the real damn thing. “Rihanna has told friends she’s in love with him and seems completely smitten.” LOL, sure. I mean, those don’t sound like words that would ever spill from Rihanna’s lips, but whatever you say, “source.”
“They’ve been spending a lot of time together away from prying eyes and are really serious,” the source continued. “They’re really enjoying each others’ company.” You know what? If Rihanna is happy, I am some semblance of happy.
Rihanna, 29, most recently allowed Drake to court her. Jameel maybe used to hook up with Naomi Campbell, or maybe they’re just friends — but do “friends” cuddle up at a Stevie Wonder concert? No, friends do not. And hey — maybe that’s why Rihanna and Campbell are in the middle of an unconfirmed feud. Who knows, really?
Anyway, I feel deep in the crevasse where a heart usually would be that Rihanna leads by example. So let’s all get rich Saudi businessmen boyfriends now. It’s this summer’s hottest new trend!
