A woman allegedly stole a taxi for a joyride when the driver stopped at a Manhattan police station to report her drunken misbehavior to officers inside.

Kinga Tabares, 27, had allegedly refused to pay the cabby and was so wild during the ride early on Nov. 13 that driver Ronal Desir took her and a friend to the 13th Precinct station house, the New York Post reported.

Tabares “was so drunk, she didn’t know where she was going,” Desir told the Post, adding that while he was inside the station asking for help, Tabares allegedly got in the driver’s seat and drove off.

“When I came back outside, they were taking off,” Desir said to the Post, which also claimed that when cops caught Tabares in Chelsea, she was allegedly vomiting out the driver’s window.

When police approached her, she smelled strongly of alcohol and had watery, bloodshot eyes, officials said in a related DNAinfo report, which added that she was taken toBellevue Hospital, where she allegedly refused to take a breath test, according to police.

Prosecutors charged Tabares with driving under the influence, grand theft autoand grand larceny, DNAinfo reported. She was released after payingbail and is due back in court on Nov. 19, court records show.

When asked by The Post about the bust, Tabares claimed that details about her allegedly stealing the cab were “completely false” and that “there’s more to this story.”

A lawyer for Tabares did not immediately return a request for comment, DNAinfo reported.
