Woody Harrelson says ‘no’ to drugs now

Here’s some very important news for you: Woody Harrelson is not stoned right now. Not even remotely.

That’s right. The man that The Daily Beast calls “Hollywood’s favorite stoner” has given up the good stuff. The 55-year-old actor chatted with Vulture, and admitted as much: “I am a party animal… But on the other hand, I’m now extremely moderate and I actually stopped smoking pot almost a year ago.” Impressive!

After what Harrelson calls “thirty solid years of just partying too f—cking hard,” the actor decided to go cold turkey because smoking makes him a monster, basically.

“When you’re doing it all the time, it just becomes, well, you know. I feel like it was keeping me from being emotionally available.” Why he would want to be emotionally available in the first place, he does not say.
